Come visit us and watch a class any time. You're always welcome! If you want to try it out, it's $12 -- and that fee applies to your session price if you like it and enroll.

Take a dance class!

New classes for beginners start Wed., March 1. You can enroll early, or on the first day of class. Come to Safira's Center for World Dance, 2919 E. Kellogg Drive. One class is $70 for 7 weeks; discounts for extra classes! Click on "fees" (to the left) to get prices. Note: Safira's classes will not meet Saturday, March 4 through Saturday, March 11 (another NY trip to study dance. :)

Classes:

  • Tues. 6:00-- Advanced Beg./ Intermed. Flamenco
  • Tues. 7:00-- Tribal Fusion Bellydance
  • Tues. 7:30-- Belly Sculpt (belly dance + 30 min. of abs)
  • Wed. 7:00-- Beginning/Advanced Beginning Bellydance Technique
  • Wed. 8:00-- The Art of Bellydance!
  • Sat. 10:15-- Intermediate Bellydance Technique
  • Intermediate through Advanced -- Welcome! Contact Safira for class times.

Lions Club Pancake Day

Thursday, April 20, 6:30-7:30 pm, Century II Exhibition Hall. Come see us dance traditional and tribal bellydance, flamenco and praise dance, and buy pancakes and sausage to benefit the Lions' many charities. The Lions give 100 percent of their proceeds to their causes, so it's a great use of your dollars!

Winter Weather Policy:

If WSU closes due to ice and snow, we close too. We'll also post on FB. If the calendar permits, we will lengthen the session by another day. If there isn't an extra class day available, please feel free to make up by attending an extra class on another day.
